Main entrance to Suite 100 is on the outside of the building marked SOHA, NOT in the main lobby of the building. It is located on the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Greenbush Ave., between Fulton Ave. and Sunnyslope Ave. on Ventura Blvd.
PARKING
There is ample parking. Limited reserved parking spaces available in the back of the building marked "Reserved Parking for Sherman Oaks Health Associates". Free 2 hour parking on the side streets (street cleaning ends at 10am). Metered parking for 2 hours, available along Ventura Blvd.
